Defectr is a system developed by Fynn Consulting Ltd which has been used with great success over several years of involvement with numerous small application development and support projects. The problems with the large, expensive tracking applications and suites out there is just that, they are large and expensive. The majority of projects are very small and do not require a huge infrastructure or process to be rigidly enforced, they just need an area which the whole team has access to for logging development and production issues.
