Can I sort views differently?
Yes, just click the column header you want to sort by, click again to sort in the opposite direction.
How do I add people to my company?
When you are logged in you get an option under the Create menu to create a New Team Member, they will automatically be added to your company. If they try and register from the front page in the same way you did they will be creating their own new company, even if it has the same name as yours.
How do I stop emails coming to me when an item is assigned to me?
By default you'll be sent an email whenever an item is assigned to you by someone else. If you want to turn these notifications off, then follow these steps...
Log in to Defectr
Go to the home page and find the "Team" section, click the "more..." link at the bottom of the section
Click your email address to view your profile
Click the Edit button and set the notifications field to "No"
After you click Submit you will no longer receive emails.
To re-enable the emails simply follow the steps above and set the notifications field to "Yes".
I've found a problem with Defectr, what do I do?

Why do you call everything a defect?
Coming from a development background I understand your frustration but can I give you two reasons? First, I have never come up with a better word, "Item" is a bit wishy-washy, "Feature" is wrong as well. Secondly you just need to suck it up, your users and testers see everything in these terms so just deal with it!
